Leo
Leo Castillo, a Honduran immigrant and proud husband and father, almost died in 2020 after
COVID-19 destroyed his lungs. Doctors didn’t think he would survive. Yet there was still hope.
Thanks to an organ donor hero, he was the fourth person in the U.S. to receive a double lung transplant as a result of COVID-19, and is alive today. He is grateful for his gift of life and to have more time with his family.
Help people like Leo get their second chance.
#NextStopHope.
