For a decade, John Miller worked at Infinite Legacy, a local organization that saves lives through organ donation. Now, John finds himself in need of a second chance of life. In October 2020, John was hospitalized with kidney failure and diagnosed with cancer. While he is in remission for the cancer, his kidneys are still failing, and he receives dialysis treatment three times a week to survive. Miller, a father of three and a nurse, is on the national transplant waiting list and could be waiting for several more years until they find a match.
